RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGE

At Moja LDN, we take pride in providing our customers with high-quality, comfortable socks. If for
any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns, refunds, and
exchanges as outlined below:

Returns:
We accept returns on all unused, unworn socks within 30 days of the purchase date. Socks must be
in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached. You are responsible for the cost of
return shipping. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a full refund of the item to your original
payment method.

Refunds:
If you are eligible for a refund, we will initiate the refund process within 3 days of receiving your
return. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to make the purchase. Please
note that it may take several business days for the refund to be processed by your bank or credit
card company.

Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange a pair of socks, we offer free exchanges within 30 days of the purchase
date. Socks must be in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached. To initiate an
exchange, please contact us at sales@mojaldn.com with your order number and the details of your
request. Once we receive your returned item, we will send out your replacement item(s) as soon as
possible.

Exceptions:
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any socks that have been worn or
washed. Additionally, any socks purchased as part of a multi-pack or bundle must be returned as a
complete set.
